21 March 2009 Please, tell me excisable goods return inwards or outwards procedure, if already cenvat taken & uses some input in production after that few input return for quality problem, what is the procedure of goods return under excise rule?

While returning any inputs due to quality problem send the same by issuing your Central Excise Invoice on your supplier by paying duty.
