Can i knw on which items Excise credit is available ?
Also if i m filling TDS return in nov 2010 of 2009-10, we had paid TDS amount on nearly before 15th Oct 2010.Is there any penalty other than interest upto 15th Oct 2010.

Excise credit is available on all the inputs i.e, raw material and capital goods which are used in or in relation to the manufacture of finished excisable goods.
