02 June 2014 we SSI Exciseable mfg. of Tariff Head under 48219010 purchase roll form and made label cutting and printing in our premises.

1. can i made jobwork for third party only for priting.

2. can i jobwork for third party only for printing party provide label and we made printing on label what is effect of excise on jobwork.

3. can i show this transaction in E.R.1 form or any other form to submit the Excise Department.

16 June 2014 You can do the jobwork of other unit and no need to mention in the excise return. If duty paid in the final product then service tax are exempt from job work also.

we are mfg. unit exciseable but material send to us it not mfg. unit it is only trader and send label and we can print on label our exciable material use in jobwork so what is effect and can i made this transaction please give detail reply
