In case of export rate which date exchange rate will be applicable.

Date of filing shipping bill in EDI system.
Date of let Export.
Date of Consignment actual exported.

22 November 2013 LEO DATE WILL BE ADMISSIBLE.

After the LEO the Container shall be stuffed with the goods and a stuffing report shall be entered in the System by the designated officer. The officer designated to supervise stuffing of containers is expected to enter the stuffing report on same day.

22 November 2013 i have filled the shipping bill on 21.11.2013 exchange rate was 62.1 and recd the let export order on 22.11.2013 exchange rate was 62.3 per USD on which Exchange Rate i will recd Duty Drawback credit in my Bank Account.
