Exchange Control copy

We have received letter from our bank to submit exchange control copy against payment made to foreign vendor . However we have already submitted the same to bank previously but we missed to take acknowledge of receipt. Is there any way to get it again from customs?

You may submit a declaration to the Bank that you had already submitted the Exchange Control copy or you may produce a Chartered Accountant certificate address to the Bank that you had already filed the Exchange Control copy.
