We are having 40 sites at various location across india, we make centralised TDS payment from ho for all sites.we have deposited excess tds (prof. Fees) for the month of Sep-09 on 5.10.2009. can we adjust the excess amount against TDS payable for the month of Oct-09

Excess amount of TDS deducted can be adjusted in the next month provided it should be of the same head.
