30 May 2019 I have shown excess sales shown in gstr 3b in 18-19 and all the returns are filed GSTR-3B & GSTR-1
In these returns taxes are not paid liability offset from ITC

How to rectify in 19-20

How can I reclaim ITC?

30 May 2019 For GSTR-1 : amend in the next GSTR-1
For GSTR-3B : adjust excess tax liability from future tax liability in the upcoming GSTR-3B

30 May 2019 As per present procedures you cannot reclaim ITC. You can only adjust excess tax liability from next month's GST tax Liability
