how can we distinguish between bearer cheque And account payee cheque from bank statement?can't we check whether bank has mentioned the word CLG that is clearing?

ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHECK WHETHER CLIENT HAS ISSUED ALL CHEQUE AS ACCOUNT PAYEE CHEQUE

Agreed, It is not possible at the time of audit whether payment is made through bearer cheque or cross check.
