Excess hours during articleship training

09 December 2013 I want to know that the actual working hours in week which is provided by ICAI for article assistant in articleship.

And if i worked more than that working hours then am i eligible for get benefit that excessive working hours against the extension given by employer ?????(In time & out time register maintain)

please somebody inform me it is very urgent....

09 December 2013 minimum 35 hours for week

setting off excess working hours with excess leave taken is up to the sanction of boss,,if your boss permits you can do so
