07 January 2011 Can anybody say, it is a pvt ltd co.,paying to one of its employee 25000/- as his salary through cash,
is it allowed r disallowed u/s 40(a) 3.

07 January 2011 under rule 6DD, i.e., exceptions it has not been given that salary can be provide in cash in excess of rs. 20,000. Therefore, it should be disallowed.
