Some times in my excel , When using copy or cut, Right clicking mouse does not highlight ""Insert copied cells or Insert cut cells. How can i rectify this?

This may happen in the cases where you are copying filtered data.
You can copy filtered data and paste special values.

But in my excel there is no any filter

in normal view of excel , it never displays insert copy cell and insert cut cells when right clicking the mouse in copy or cut function.
Ans: in page break view right cliking the mouse shows insert function.
