Some times in my excel , When using copy or cut, Right clicking mouse does not highlight ""Insert copied cells or Insert cut cells. How can i rectify this?

in normal view of excel , it never displays insert copy cell and insert cut cells when right clicking the mouse in copy or cut function. Ans: in page break view right cliking the mouse shows insert function.
