please let me know whether writing of headings with black pen and description with blue pen in the answers are allowed or not in ca exams???????

No Problems with the same...But no other colour except blue and black ink, should be used.

No you can not use two different colors of pan in CA examination. your result may be hold and you may also call for clarification about your intention using two different color of pan. Plz ignore and ready exam instruction carefully.
