is practice manual and rtp for previous 3 attempt is sufficient for scoring good marks in ipcc exams both group even its my 2nd attempt sir plz reply fast

If you have covered the portions from study material or any reference books, Practice Manual and RTPs must be construed as additional books or complementary resources for you to gain confidence and performance well in the examination.

yes, it should be fine for a normal student.....
but your case seems to be some what different...since this is your 2nd attempt.... so you can omit the one which you already appeared for and then count 3....ok?
