in the CA final paper can we write some words wholly in capital letters to highlight it

Only if you are short of time then you may draw attention of the examiner to write in capital letters, though it is highly not recommended. You can possibly underline or highlight the key words or points in a pencil, in order to catch the attention of the examiner. Earlier this practice was construed improper by Institute, however in the recent past, ICAI has allowed students to highlight any important points.
