It is 1/7 of total article ship period which you are going to serve.

28 September 2013 A trainee earns leave at the rate of one–sixth of the period actually served by him..

1/6 of total articlship ...
follow the Calculation Given as under

35hrs per week * 156 week (3 years) = 5460

hrs in Total Articlship per day 6 hrs so 5460/6= 910 working days...

So leave = 1095 total days ( 3 years) --

910 days working days = 152 leave days ...

But 1/7th in case of all days including holidays...

1/7 including all leaves taken but excluding holidays like Sundays, Saturdays if granted by Firm & Public holidays!
