Hello everyone,
I have taken leaves in excess of leaves allowed. Such excess leaves are 59 days and I have started articleship under new ca from 19.9.13
but in exam form i have mentioned that my articleship will be completed before 30oct2013. Please guide me what are the consequences and Am i eligible for nov 2013 exams or not?

Yes you are eligible for Nov examination. You have to serve extra for the excess leave taken by you in excess with the same employer after completion of your articleship period

Sir I think that you didn't get my problem. In exam forms it was mentioned that articleship should be completed on or before 30oct 2013 but my training will be completed as on 25 nov 2013 as extented bt my CA
