Dear Sir,
I am a CA Final student. My CA final exam is in Nov 2013 and i have done nothing. I will start from scratch. Can I clear both groups of CA Final if I start studying 15 hours a day

Ya It's all depend's on Your Preparations. Remember one thing Do not Spend your time Invest Your time for Study.

Is you completed your coaching? if yes, then with the proper and systematic planning depending on your knowledge, exposure etc... you can appear and clear both groups in November 2013.
In case if you not completed coaching at all then the time not provide you to complete coaching,preparation and appearing and qualifying both groups in November 2013. In this case please go for only one group then you will complete and clear that group and in this case my suggestion is First group is better to clear in November 2013.
