18 July 2008 Hi,
I am preparing for Corporate Law- SEBI DIP Guidelines. I found it little difficult to get hold of all DIP guidelines.Even if the it comes for maximum 16 marks, I am desirous to get hold on the subject.Is there aany way to cover all guiddelines in shortest time? are there any important guidelines on which can be concentrate upon? Kindly advise.

18 July 2008 Refer Munish Bhandari's books for the SEBI Guidlines which are important and exam oriented. They are also written systematically.

18 July 2008 Friend, i am also aware that Munish Bhandari is a good book for Law, my question is,,,what is the right procedure to read SEBI Guidelines within shortest possible time.

18 July 2008 First remember the Points of all the Guidlines and then try to remember the main subpoints and then revise while travelling those points with the important subpoints untill u will not recollect all the guidlines.
