sir
i send the conversion application (from pcc to ipcc) on 3 days before (16/8/13) . but my last date for applying the ipcc exam is just 10 days short. please help

Don't worry you need not to wait for the confirmation from the ICAI regarding your conversion to submit exam form.
So submit your exam form, however it will proceed you as provisional basis because of your details not yet updated by the ICAI by the time of submission of your exam form, As well as assume approximate of date of delivery to the ICAI of your conversion letter as your date of registration to IPCC.
It shall not make problem to you,
