i want to know that can i submit my ca final examination form signed by any member of CA institute or only from a member holding COP?

please clarify it.

18 August 2013 If you not undergoing of articleship at present then you can make sign by any member of ICAI not required to hold COP. In case you are undergoing of articleship at present then must and should be sign by your employer.
