I forgot to provide the details of my itt training in my examination form... is dere any prblm in giving xams in nov 2012....... Is my form treat as invalid??

There will not be much problem, try to contact ICAI people, they will guide you and then you can send the requisite details by mail to them.

Just write in the application that you failed to give the ITT details in the exam form and it was omitted by you by mistake and a copy of ITT certificate is attached herewith. Just mail it on the maid id of icai exam department and also send it physically at sec-1 noida as told to you by ICAI people.
