dear frnd,
I am a ca final year student. I am trying to fill exam form however I am unable to pay fees. every time payment is declined i used all type of debit card n cedit card but still I was unsuccessful .
now only two days remained for last date for submission.
please help me in this matter

Use net banking instead of debit card....

Then use someone else debit card
