sir my final regsitration has expired i filled application for revalidation on 8-2-17 but still no communication for revalidation recevied by me can i file my exam form on old reg no last date to file form has already expired

Don't wait for confirmation letter on re-validation from Institute, go ahead and submit your exam application form without any further delay.
