sir for the purpose of examination form payment my master card cannt accepted why ..

If youvr tried by the same card 3 times and if it was not a sucessful transaction then you now cannot use it only for icai payment only for nov 2013 exam fees as per icai rules.
You need to make payment using some other card now.
But this card is still useful for other purposes then making payment to icai for nov 2013.

Yes then also it is advisable to use other card to avoid above mentioned problem.
