i am ippc student registered with icai. actually my exam application have been filled by my institute since 2 attempts.
the concerned person used to fill all the exam application. so they entered all the details regarding phone number etc which are necessary to register for online exam application. but i do not know all the details to open my registered account to apply exam application through online and the concerned person is not willing to give all the details.

how can i register of login my account to apply exam application through online.

please kindly help me out from this problem as the time to apply exam application is very less.
