Dear sir,
I am entered ca under direct entry scheme, my article period is from july 2013 to July 2016. Now i have completed my article training, my query is, in exam application nov 2016, is this mandatory get sign from my principal for certificate of service.

If you have completed your articleship training, then it is optional you can get signature from your past principal. On the other hand you can obtain signature from any CA holding valid Membership Number.
