from scanners and compilation if I want to use either one of them then which is better one for ipcc all Sub for Nov 16 attempt? and also tell the difference between the two

Scanners are issued by private publication houses, compilation is issued by ICAI. One of the drawback of scanners is it is not updated and likely chances of problems solved with mistakes or spelling errors. The ICAI material gears you to write the answers on the expected line of Institute and it would aid you in fetching good marks. These days the materials issues by ICAI is improved and they are a good source to rely upon.
