Dear sir/mam,
Kindly let me know whether eway bill is required to be generated in delhi for multiple incoices of one party in one day (each invoice are below the limit 1 lacs) but the consolidated invoice value in one day of one party exceed the threshold limit of Rs.1lacs.

It all the consignments are transported in a single conveyance, eway bill is required.

sir,
i used to supply goods to the transport at the time of issuance of invoice. For each invoice in a day to single party, supply of goods through transportation is done immediately when invoice is generated.
Now whether eway bill is required.

If the goods against each invoice is transported separately even in a day, if the value is lesser, then no eway bill is required.
