We are the registered & going to made the sale exceeding 50000 to an unregistered dealer. Pls let me know whether Eway bill may be generate if consignee is has not GSTIN

As supplier we will generate the Eway bill but my question was whether Eway bill can be generated without the consignee GSTIN or not

15 May 2018 Yes can be generated. You can select Unregistered Dealer option in the ewaybill portal.

17 May 2018 Even a registered transporter can also generate eway bill for movement of goods.
