05 July 2014 I have a query and I request all the respected CA's of the faternity to please suggest me the most apt course of action in this regard.
I am a CA finalist. My employee is an examiner of CA IPCE Law copies and hr has since then literally forced us to examine the copies in his behalf. He gives us to take copies back home and examine. I have this urge to bring this to the notice of the ICAI. Please suggest.

i wil say first go and talk to your boss about all this matter. if he understands and stops this habit thats good

if he dont just have a proof to you and then compalain to icai

and first make yourself safe because it will b a tougher thing to move on as your final attempt is also near by..

and new articleship and all

so think and move on dear
