15 October 2010 Since you are using the private software, your problem can be solved by the software provider only, please contact the customer support of your Webtel software provider

12 July 2011 The error code 1022 refers to presence of spaces after the last visible character in the text file. In such a case press ctrl + A in the text file and paste that in an xl sheet after clicking on a single cell. In xl press ctrl + H and replace spaces by pressing one space bar in find what box and by clicking on replace with box and click replace all. Then copy paste this from xl to new text file and then validate with applicable fvu u will get the result
