03 August 2011 kindly tell me, is there any provision for annual etds return?
is it abolished or under operation.

03 August 2011 As per my knowledge, no annual etds returns only quaterly etds returns.

03 August 2011 There is no provision of Annual Return for TDS. An assessee is required to submit quarterly returns as per time limit specified in rule 31A. Provision of Annual return is contained in Section 206 and it is applicable to tax deducted before 01.04.2005.
