why is right issue in new company bill 2012 being offered for ESOP?I would like to know the reason?

Dear friends,
I have registered in July 2012 for B.com (A&F) Ignou. I have not got the study material for 3 subjects and for another three i got the same by post.
I have telephoned to Blr Regional Centre several times and even sent mails. Even after 6 months, i have not got.
I am not able to download in ignou website though i have registered (as per website details)
can anybody please upload the study material for Eco13, AED1 and BEGE104?
Pls. treat this as my urgent request...

You have to go regional centre with your IGNOU I CARD. You may directly collect your remaining subjects study material.
