Dear Sir,
Will you please let me know the provisions governing issue of ESOP in case of Non Listed Public Limited Company.
Which Section? Guidelines of Co. Law are to be complied with?
I could not find direct reference except Definition in Section 2(15)of the Companies Act, 1956. SEBI guidelines say that same are applicable to Listed Companies.
Please give me your guidance ASAP since in our Board Meeting same would be discussed very soon.
