Sir ,
We have incorporated a newly company and we have registered under ESIC at the time of incorporation. Right now there is no transaction in our company and the employee are also around 2 employees .We just want to know what are the compliance to be followed in esic even there is no deduction of esic and employees.

The employer have to login with the registered User ID and pass-code, update the list of employees covered (mention the monthly contribution as NIL) and select the monthly contribution option as '0" and update the relevant columns and file the returns.

when the return to be submitted for esic . pls mention the date upto which this return is to be submitted.
