In case if ESIC becomes applicable to the factory (where the manufacturing takes place) is located at some other place lets say Vapi but the Head office of same where the administration work is carried out is located in Mumbai.
Then in this case,
i) Whether the ESIC provisions will be applicable to the employees of the HO?
ii)Or the factory employees will only be covered under that?
Then in this case,
i) Whether the ESIC provisions will be applicable to the employees of the HO?
ii)Or the factory employees will only be covered under that?

ESIC is applicable to both HO & factory employee whose salary is below 15000/- if it exceed it then no ESI is applicable to that employee.
