agar mene aug month mai salry di ho rs 216000 to our total 12 of staff and than recently h mene esic registration liya hai toh uskai liyai return nill ka bharna padega yaabhi employee rester nhi kiyai hai woh next month tk kar dengai but phlil kya karna chiyai

Aapne August mahine mein ₹2,16,000 salary di hai 12 employees ko, lekin ESIC registration abhi abhi liya hai. ESIC ke liye return filing kaise karni hai, ye samajhna zaroori hai.
ESIC Return Filing - First Time Registration ke case mein:
Registration ke baad pehla return ka period:
ESIC returns monthly basis par file hote hain.
Aapka registration agar recent hai (September mein hua hai), toh August month ka return aapko file karna padega nil return agar us month employee details register nahi ki hai.
Agar employees abhi tak ESIC portal par register nahi hue:
Toh aap August ka return nil return file kar sakte hain, kyunki employee details portal par uplod nahi hui hain.
Return filing me zero contribution dikhana hoga, yani salary toh di hai lekin ESIC contribution ka abhi record nahi hai.
Next month (jab employee register karenge):
Aapko September ka actual return salary aur contribution ke saath file karna hoga.
Employee registration complete hone ke baad salary aur contribution details submit karni hongi.
