Hi,
I just wanna know that can a pvt. ltd. company (BPO) is cover under ESIC who's employee's are more than 40.
and if not than how.
if yest than how.

Dear Sanjay,
The location & remuneration is important factor to decide the applicability of the Act .
1. Check whether your place of work is in exempted area or not !
2. If it is in area where ESIC is applicable, you have to pay ESIC only for those employees (including part time) whoes Total earning is below Rs 10,000/= per month
