19 May 2025 I am unable to deposit ESI dues. The challan number was not recorded and during payment, the link failled and transaction was not complete.
The challan can not be generated again.
I want to know is there any way so that payment can be effected.
Please guide. Thanks in advance

12 August 2025 Failed payment with no challan: Contact ESI regional office or helpdesk with transaction details to trace payment.

If payment debited but no challan: They can help reconcile and generate challan.

If payment not debited: Retry after clearing cache or using alternate mode.
