Dear Sir,
I got one doubt that A Company is paying Fixed Conveyance Allowance to their Staff i.e Rs.800/-pm and paying 4.75% employer contribution to ESI on the same. Now May the Company reimburse the Actual Travelling Expenses to the exployees by bus (Bus pass Amount Rs.800/-) to avoid the 4.75% of Employer contribution.
