22 September 2009 Dear Sir,
I'm working as accountant & our company mainly deals with Sales & Marketing Back Office like Advertising, Campaigning, Lead generation & Market Research.
So Can anyone please tell me whether ESI is applicable to our Service Rendering Company?

23 September 2009 If employees exceeding 10 nos. & basic salary of any of employee less than 10K then ESI is applicable.
