I want to know whether ESI has to be deducted if a Company uses the services from Man power providing company and that Man power company does not employee more that 10 people.

If the services are received from manpower company, then there is contractual relation with the company.
As there is no employer-employee relation, no need to comply any such provisions.

Thanks Amit but in the ESI Act in the definition of employees they have told immediate employer and principle employer ,so I want to know what do you mean by immediate employer.
