Esi and pf appliciability

24 December 2013 Dear Sir,

A private limited company has 13 employees having salary of each employee more than Rs. 20000/-. The main Source of Income of the company is Rent and Commission income. Does the provision of ESI & PF applicable for the company.
Please advice..

For PF we have to check Basic Salary & For ESI we have to check Gross Salary.

Pl provide respective details.
