Error while filling exam form

I have Windows 8, even then i am not able to fill the form.


After typing the LOGIN ID and PASSWORD, it shows "U CAN'T ACCESS...& NEED TO HAVE WINDOWS 7, GOOGLE CROME,....."

what to do?

Is anyone facing the same kind of situation?
