Error while filing as representative

19 July 2023 I am getting the following error even though i have filled up all the details of the representative and have received approval for the representative "Since return is filed by a representative assessee then details regarding "Name of the representative, Capacity of the representative, Address of the representative and Permanent Account Number (PAN) / Aadhaar of the representative" is to be mandatorily filled."

19 July 2023 Yes, you have fill the details in General Data & last page of ITR about the details of representative.

19 July 2023 Check if the details are also filled in your efiling site, after login; under legal representative.

19 July 2023 the representataive has also received approval from the dept and change of option from self to representative is available and all the details are filled in the general tab pertaining to representative and also at the end in the verification section but still this error persists

19 July 2023 Ignore the massage and check if you are able to upload ITR.
If no, file complaint under Grievances.

21 July 2023 I used offline excel utility and it worked and have filed the returns. thanks
