Error while enrolling for profession tax

17 April 2012 When enrolling for Profession Tax online I am getting the below error -

PTEC Sub Form : 9.Schedule entries Not Completed( Minimum of one Entry Should Exists ).

All the feilds have been filled by me but then also getting this error

20 April 2012 Down load another form and refill it it will not show any error.
