Error in Upload of ITR-2

Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file
Please rectify the Above error(s) and upload your return again
wht should i do???
i have income tax software and i have also e-file some income tax return.. whenever i get error they mention.. but this time only xml parsing error???
wht is this... my software also display validation error. i.e. black date of birth// income tax ward ??? etc.. i have rectify all validation error.. but still i unable to e-file???
