Error in Form 16

17 November 2010 Im going to return file for 09/10 but in my form 16,the Tan no of my organisation is missing and the amount deducted from my salary is also not mentioned even though it has been deducted.
Im unable to file return because of this.Is there is any way by which i can make my form 16 error free.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You have to consult your employer and ask him to give you a full correct Form 16.

If your Employer has filed TDS Return then Follow following Steps :

First Check your Form 26AS online {www.tin-NSDL.com }. If there it shows the TDS credit then, there is enough information like TAN , TDS amount etc. there and you can proceed to file your return and you need not wait for your employer to give TDS Certificate.
