An individual received an Income Tax Notice under Section 139(9) with Error Code 332. This notice indicates that the taxpayer claimed business income exceeding Rs. 1 crore but failed to submit a balance sheet, profit and loss account, and audit report. The taxpayer questions the requirement for an audit, believing it's unnecessary if profits exceed 8% on a turnover above Rs. 1 crore, as per Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A Chartered Accountant offers assistance with this issue.
