ER4, ER5 & ER6 in Excise

01 June 2010 Dear Sir,

I heard that every manufacturers who paid Excise duty of Rs.10 Lakh have to e-filling of ER4, ER5 & ER-6.

Please guide in this matter and give me such notification.

02 June 2010 Dear, if you had paid Rs. 10 lacs or more in the previous financial year you have to e file ER4, ER5 and ER6 as per Circular no.926/16/2010 dated 28/5/2010
