ER4, ER5 & ER6 in Excise

Dear Sir,
I heard that every manufacturers who paid Excise duty of Rs.10 Lakh have to e-filling of ER4, ER5 & ER-6.
Please guide in this matter and give me such notification.

Dear, if you had paid Rs. 10 lacs or more in the previous financial year you have to e file ER4, ER5 and ER6 as per Circular no.926/16/2010 dated 28/5/2010
